Build

Based on the discovery phase, we develop a comprehensive roadmap and start working towards delivery.

Included in this phase

  • Development. You'll work directly with the engineer as they begin to breath life into your project.
  • Infrastructure. We build your project using your infrastructure and the source code lives in your repository. Anything built outside of this will be handed off in the delivery phase.
  • Ceremony. This phase includes regular check-ins to discuss any blockers or change requirements. This helps to ensure the project continues within schedule and budget parameters.

Deliver

This phase starts with testing to ensure the project meets your pre-defined success criteria.

Final artifacts and deliverables will be provided upon project sign-off.
